Tooth Extraction
The treatment of last resort is usually tooth extraction. Whenever possible our dentists will attempt to restore your teeth using any combination of methods available today. Topical anesthetic, local anesthetic and nitrous oxide are all available to make the extraction visit as comfortable as possible. The dentist will prescribe pain medication that can be taken at home.
During an emergency dental appointment, Dr. Armendariz and her dental team will try to do everything in their power to get you out of pain and restore your tooth. However, if the tooth is severely damaged, Dr. Armendariz may recommend an extraction to avoid an infection or further dental problems.
